Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA)

Social services for children and families provided by the Tribe.

Tribal Courts

The Village of Iliamna’s Tribal Courts Program is in it’s early stages of development.  We are currently going over Court Codes and Procedures. 
Because of Covid-19 travel restrictions, it has been challenging but we are slowly moving forward to building our court. 
Brenda and Louise attended a Tribal Courts Training in Minnesota last October, and have continued to attend informational and training webinars.


We offer scholarships for College and Adult Vocational Training

Social Services

We have applications for General Assistance, Food Stamps, Denali Kid Care, Medicaid, and Heating Assistance to name a few.  We can assist in filling out this paperwork if needed.

Transportation and Roads


Landfill, Sludge waste and keeping cans out of the landfill with the 'Flying Cans' program.
The landfill is open Tuesdays from 4-6 pm and Saturdays from 12-2 (Winter Hours)

Youth Culture Program

Helping the youth and their family members discover and practice Traditional ways of life with food, medicinal plants, stories and arts & crafts.

Tribal Victim Services

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and this initiative helps us ensure that our partners are better prepared to manage the unique situations they find themselves in. We are invested in an innovative approach that empowers our community and delivers the support they need, when they need it.

Housing Grants

(BIA) Housing Improvement Program is a Housing Grant program to help eligible American Indians/Alaska Natives renovate existing housing or build new homes.

Provide a completed: Housing Assistance Application which you can get at your tribal office.

Provide a copy of your: Tribal Enrollment card.

Provide: Proof of income for entire household

Claiming Disability?: Provide Proof of disability

Provide: Proof of land or obtain a Land lease.

there is no deadline, you can turn in your application year round to your tribe.  the sooner you turn in your application, the sooner it can be processed.
